Terms and Conditions

All our rates are in US dollars and include taxes.

 

To guarantee your reservation we require a credit or debit card, deposit or bank transfer to Villablanca Garden Beach account 100% of the night’s stay, or the total of the package, one week prior to your arrival.

 

We only accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit or debit cards.

 

Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay free of charge in Superior room (breakfast not included). Children under 13 years old are considered as adults and an additional nightly charge applies as an additional person.

 

For weekend reservations a minimum of two nights stay is required.

 

For security reasons, for reservations over $10,000.00 Mexican pesos, a credit or debit card authorization form must be completed and sent along with a copy of your ID (INE or Passport).

 

Our rooms are NO SMOKING. Please respect the NO SMOKING areas within the hotel facilities.

 

Free parking for our guests during their stay.

 

Free WiFi in common areas.

 

We have rooms with wheelchair accessibility. If required, please contact us directly by phone or email to make your reservation.

 

We invite you to comply with the SANITARY GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS to protect your health and that of our employees. These guidelines are shared with your confirmation and are also posted on our website, at the front desk and in the different areas of the hotel for your reference.

 

Villablanca Garden Beach is a Pet Friendly hotel excluding the VILLA MAGNA and the PENTHOUSE from our rooms.

 

Reservations with pets will only be accepted via telephone or email, strictly upon request and confirmation from the reservations department.

 

Pets are not accepted without confirmation and prior acceptance by the hotel.

 

Pets are not accepted in reservations made through online agencies.

Arrival / Departure Policies

This property has the following check-in / check-out times and policies.

 

Arrival: 3:00 PMDeparture: 12:00 AM Late check-out time: 8:00 PM Late check-out charges: 30% Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 6:00 PM) will result in a late check-out fee.

 

Check in 3:00 PM

 

Check out 11:00 a.m. (60 minutes tolerance at no charge)

 

Late Check Out option is subject to availability and an additional charge applies. Please check availability with the reservations area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to your arrival date will be charged 100% of the first night of your stay, which is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

 

There is NO refund for No Show and is NOT transferable to another date. The room is released at 11:00 a.m. the following day.

 

If you purchased a NON-REFUNDABLE promotion, the first paragraph of this cancellation policy does not apply.

 

In the event of temporary closure due to health contingency determined by federal, state or municipal authorities, we offer a change of lodging date at no charge to you (subject to availability).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS HIGH SEASON

From December 24, 2021 to January 3 and from March 27 to April 4, 2022.

 

10% commission for changes or cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

 

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival NO REFUND.
